Role Overview

Gridware is seeking Field Operations Technicians to support a large-scale deployment program across various regions. This role is responsible for coordinating and supporting the installation of Gridware’s advanced sensing systems on utility infrastructure while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, thrives in dynamic field environments, communicates effectively with contractors and utility personnel, and is comfortable taking ownership of field operations in remote locations.

Location & Schedule

Deployment Areas

  • ND, SD, MN, & WI

Training

  • Training begins July 20th, 2026
  • Richmond, CA
  • All travel, lodging, and meals provided during training

Work Schedule

  • Monday–Saturday
  • 8-10-hour shifts
  • Rotational schedules available to ensure adequate rest and recovery
  • Part-Time W-2 Seasonal Position

Compensation

  • $30/hour regular pay
  • $45/hour overtime pay
  • Overtime eligible after 40 hours per week

Project Duration

  • Expected through September (end date TBD)
  • Opportunity to support future Gridware utility deployments
